WatchGuard Technologies has earned the prestigious 2026 TrustRadius Buyer’s Choice Award ‒ for each of our major solution areas: Network Security, Endpoint Security, and AuthPoint. This achievement highlights the exceptional value our customers and partners place on our capabilities, pricing, and ongoing relationships.
The criteria for the Buyer’s Choice Awards require at least 10 verified reviews in the time period, and 75% or more of reviewers must select the solution for:
- Best Capabilities
- Best Value for Price
- Best Customer Relationship
We’re honoured to have met ‒ and exceeded ‒ those standards across all three product lines.
“WatchGuard continues to set the standard for comprehensive cybersecurity,” said Allyson Havener, CMO, TrustRadius. “Winning 2026 TrustRadius Buyer’s Choice Awards for Network Security, Endpoint Security, and AuthPoint highlights the trust customers have in WatchGuard’s ability to protect, adapt, and simplify security in a complex digital world.”
Network Security
Our network security arsenal received top marks – and for good reason. With the launch of the next-generation Firebox M Series rackmount appliances, we delivered up to twice the performance of the previous generation, multi-gig connectivity per interface (up to 10 Gbps), and seamless integration with our cloud-delivered ZTNA service via FireCloud Total Access. Meanwhile, our tabletop Firebox T Series brought Wi-Fi 7, improved throughput, and full-suite security services at smaller form factors. These advances reflect our commitment to safeguarding modern hybrid networks with scalable, high-performance firewalls designed for MSPs and growing enterprise environments.
Endpoint Security
In a threat landscape where attackers continue to evolve, our Endpoint Security platform now sets a new baseline – with the introduction of Endpoint Security Prime: a combination of full AI-powered EDR + NGAV, attack surface reduction, device control, web filtering, and anti-phishing, all at a price point previously reserved for basic protection. The recent GigaOm 2025 Radar Report named us both a Leader and an Outperformer in Endpoint Detection and Response, citing our unified prevention + detection/investigation model, GenAI Telemetry Assistant, and default zero trust enforcement. These enhancements enable faster threat detection, fewer false positives, and more actionable insights ‒ all essential for earning reviewers’ trust in capability and value.
AuthPoint (Authentication and Identity)
Our AuthPoint MFA and identity platform continues to evolve in lockstep with the hybrid-work, cloud-first world. We’ve expanded our risk-based policies, implemented geokinetics (blocking impossible login locations), added multi-factor app/token support, and introduced dark web monitoring via Total Identity Security, all delivered in a streamlined SSO portal and all wrapped in a simple licensing model that MSPs and lean IT teams appreciate. The secure identity posture of our customers is at the forefront, and reviewers rewarded us accordingly for relationship (ease of use, support) and value.
We’re proud to be recognized not just once, but across network, endpoint, and identity portfolios – underscoring our unified security approach built for the modern threat environment.
